Australian Bruce Jackson managed Elvis Presley's touring concert sound for six years from November 1971 to Elvis' last show in June 1977. Bruce was just 22 years old when he started working for Elvis. They became friends. Elvis depended on Bruce to ensure that he always sound his best on stage. Offstage, Elvis felt comfortable enough to talk about his plans and also very ordinary things that you wouldn't expect Elvis to talk about. The book has been lauded around the world by Elvis fans and people who knew Bruce. He was killed flying his own plane n Death Valley, California, on 2011.
